Cancellation and Refund Policy
The terms outlined herein shall constitute Nutri Vedika’s (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the services and products provided on the Website (“Cancellation and Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.
Cancellation and Refunds by the Company
Please note that certain orders may not be accepted and may need to be canceled at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without any obligation to pay finance charges or interest on the amount. Situations that may result in cancellation include, but are not limited to, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical or system errors, or issues identified concerning credit/debit fraud.
We may also request additional verifications or information before accepting an order. In case all or any part of your order is canceled, or if additional details are required, we will notify you promptly. If your order is canceled by the Company after your credit/debit card has been charged, Refund if approved, will be processed within 7-8 business days in the original payment mode.
Cancellation by the Customer
You acknowledge and agree that, unless specified otherwise, cancellations for orders placed on the Website are not permitted.
If you subscribe to any services or solutions provided by Nutri Vedika, you may cancel the subscription no later than one month before the scheduled delivery or service commencement. In such cases, you will be refunded the full amount after deducting any applicable bank charges.
For cancellations requested within one month but more than 14 days before the scheduled delivery or service commencement, the Company may, at its sole discretion, refund 50% of the paid amount after deducting applicable bank charges.
Cancellations requested within 14 days of the scheduled delivery or service commencement will not be entertained, and no refunds will be issued.
